Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide HRIS implementation featuring Rippling. You will coordinate HR, IT, vendors, and partners, drive milestones, and oversee UAT and testing activities.

The role requires strong organization, risk management, and clear leadership updates to senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

Bachelor's degree and HRIS project experience preferred; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on UAT testing coordination.
• Management of project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder comms.
• Strong HR technology and HR process knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced rollout.
• Clear written and verbal executive updates.
• Rippling experience is highly preferred; others are valuable.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the HRIS implementation, including plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support the Rippling implementation, coordinating with HR, IT, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and keep activities on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scripts, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Coordinate stakeholders to validate requirements, workflows, configurations, and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, and status reports.
• Provide regular leadership updates on milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions across workstreams.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
