Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HCM implementations or HR technology projects.
• Hands-on UAT coordination for system implementations.
• Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation, including plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support Rippling implementation with HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and keep activities on schedule.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, including planning, scripts, execution, and defect resolution.
