Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously managed or supported HR technology implementations.

The organization is implementing Rippling, and this individual will be responsible for driving the project forward on a day-to-day basis, coordinating key stakeholders, managing testing activities, and ensuring implementation milestones are completed successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on UAT coordination and testing.
• Strong stakeholder communications and RAID logs handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS implementation.
• Lead UAT planning, scripts, execution, and sign-off.
• Coordinate HR, IT, vendors, and leadership.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Support data, integrations, testing, and change readiness.
