Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed HR technology projects. The role focuses on Rippling, coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and senior leaders to keep milestones on track and risks controlled.

You will lead UAT, manage timelines and RAID logs, and ensure cross‑team alignment across data, integrations, and change readiness, while reporting progress to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Strong coordination of UAT testing and defect tracking.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HRIS implementation activities, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Rippling rollout with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure on-schedule activity.
