Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation, with focus on Rippling, stakeholder coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage testing, timelines, and milestones.

The candidate will coordinate HR, IT, vendors, and leadership, track risks and issues, and ensure successful go-live readiness across multiple workstreams in a remote consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Experience coordinating UAT testing.
• Strong HR business process knowledge.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum/Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS implementation with plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support Rippling implementation with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from planning to sign-off.
• Coordinate validation of system requirements, configurations, integrations, and business processes.
• Maintain RAID logs and status reports; provide leadership updates.
