The role emphasizes strong organizational skills across multiple teams, proactive risk management, and clear executive updates to ensure successful go-live and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT testing.
• Experience with project plans, RAID logs, risk & stakeholder communications.
• Strong HR tech knowledge and HR processes.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership.
• Rippling experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the HRIS implementation project.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders for milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing including test scripts and defect resolution.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and schedule impacts; maintain RAID logs.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
