Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a company‑wide HRIS implementation, with a focus on Rippling. You will coordinate HR, IT, and business stakeholders, manage testing activities, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining clear updates for leadership.

The role supports a remote, consulting engagement with a strong preference for candidates who have HR technology implementation experience and a track record of delivering complex HRIS projects on time.

Qualifications

• HRIS implementation experience is required.
• Experience coordinating UAT testing for system implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Rippling or other major HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation including plans, timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Support Rippling implementation with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and maintain on-schedule activities.
• Lead and coordinate UAT, test planning, execution, tracking and sign-off.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
