Job summary

argenx SE seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology access and demand in El Paso, Amarillo, and Lubbock. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion sites to improve patient access and outcomes.

Working with cross-functional partners, you will develop strategic account plans, leverage data insights, and deliver annual sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales.
• Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Ability to plan and execute territory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion providers, and partners.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans accurately and on time; drive sales objectives.
