First Advantage seeks a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, driving operational excellence across the revenue organization.

The role supports annual GTM planning, quota design, and compensation strategy while optimizing workflows, automating processes, and enhancing reporting across RevOps platforms. You will deliver actionable insights to executives and help scale growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to drive operational excellence across the revenue organization.
• Support annual GTM planning activities including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota design.
• Design and administer sales compensation programs aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate manual processes across RevOps systems.
• Deliver sales performance dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models for executives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
