Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You’ll shape a rapidly-scaling B2B/B2C marketplace, improve efficiency across Sales and Finance, and build lead scoring and account handoff processes.

You’ll work on a remote-first team with a tech hub in Austin, TX, bringing your AI-informed insights to drive performance and revenue growth at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience administering a CRM (Salesforce) and managing integrated tech stacks including automation & analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to translate concepts into actionable projects.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue and experience with AI tools in operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders and executives to define and manage end-to-end revenue processes and optimize bottlenecks.
• Design and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes.
• Administer and customize the revenue stack (Salesforce, Outreach); drive integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for Sales, Account Management, and Support to inform decisions.
• Own monthly commissions processing, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets and assist in compensation planning; provide regular forecasting support.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, sales productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
