Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You will support a multi-segment Sales team and build automations for scoring leads, assigning accounts, and streamlining handoffs across Revenue, Finance, and Ops.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Ops, you will own monthly commission calculations, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while leveraging Salesforce, Outreach, and SQL to drive pipeline visibility and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and revenue stack automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Ops to document end-to-end revenue processes.
• Own lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales workflows; optimize handoffs.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for Revenue, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
