Job summary

HighLevel is a remote-first AI-powered business operating system serving agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs. We are seeking a strategic RevOps leader to own planning, forecasting, and analytics for the Affiliates program, driving performance, payout accuracy, and ROI across a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with GTM leadership to design operating plans, build analytics, and coach a small team of analysts to deliver real-time, data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Revenue Operations or similar GTM analytics.
• Experience with partner or affiliate ecosystems.
• Proven SaaS scaling experience.
• Analytical depth and demonstrated impact.
• Ability to design and implement ROI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own RevOps narrative across the Affiliates organization.
• Lead weekly business reviews with actionable insights.
• Proactively surface insights before issues arise.
• Develop analytics framework for cohorts and LTV.
• Build ROI framework for endorsed Affiliates.
• Oversee Endorsed Affiliates program operations.
