CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analytics for a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace.

You will own end-to-end revenue processes, build KPI dashboards, manage the revenue stack (Salesforce and Outreach), and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes with leaders.
• Design, implement, and document lead-to-opportunity and post-sales processes.
• Configure and customize the revenue stack (Salesforce, Outreach) and optimize integrations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support, and related areas.
• Own monthly commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets with sales leadership and finance; support planning.
