Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations professional to own the GTM tech stack, data model, and governance across CRM, marketing automation, and billing. You will run pipeline cadence, build executive-level reports, and design cross-team rules of engagement while partnering with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leaders.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams to optimize lead routing, territory logic, and expansion programs powered by product and customer data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue or sales operations for B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning all or large parts of RevOps functions.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tech stack end to end (Salesforce configuration, integrations, license management).
• Build and maintain GTM data model across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, billing, and product analytics.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and monthly/quarterly forecast readouts for execs.
• Design and enforce rules of engagement for inbound/outbound ownership and cross-team handoffs.
• Build lead routing, territory logic, and account hierarchy frameworks.
• Partner with AM/CS to design signal-driven expansion programs and automate them.
• Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly priorities and drive cross-functional projects.
• Triage RevOps requests while progressing on longer-term roadmap.
• Leverage AI tools to improve enablement, training and workflow automation.
