Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in revenue or sales operations at B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce expertise including Flows and admin ownership.
• Hands-on GTM stack experience: Salesloft/Outreach, ChiliPiper, data providers.
• Proven ability to run pipeline and forecast cadences with board-level reporting.
• Experience designing lead routing and cross-team engagement rules.
• Ability to extract insights with SQL or BI tools.
• Excellent communicator from reps to execs.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end to end including Salesforce configuration.
• Build and maintain GTM data model across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, billing, and product analytics.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly forecast readouts with executive-level reporting.
• Design and enforce rules of engagement for inbound/outbound ownership and cross-team handoffs.
• Build lead routing and account hierarchy frameworks with speed to lead focus.
• Partner with AM and CS teams to design signal-driven expansion programs and automate them.
• Collaborate with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leadership to set quarterly priorities.
• Triage RevOps request queue and progress on longer-term roadmap.
• Help the revenue org extract value from AI tools and build new workflows.
