Job summary

Assemble, a fully remote company serving enterprise teams with peer insights, is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead. You will own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion, designing territory and account logic across events and communities, and ensuring data flows between the CRM and enrichment tools.

The role balances hands-on data work in Excel and enrichment with strategic tooling decisions, collaborating with sales reps and finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations or similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports.
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters and limits.
• HubSpot familiarity, esp. integration with Salesforce and enrichment platforms.
• Advanced Excel and building lead/account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Build and refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community role).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource, driving tool adoption.
• Spot gaps in processes, data, and tools, and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations (sequences, templates, user provisioning, adoption tracking).
• Build cleanup workflows in Excel, using AI and automation for efficiency.
• Deliver recurring reports and ad hoc analyses; maintain trusted scoring outputs.
