Job summary

Hologram is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the RevOps stack (Salesforce, CPQ, billing integrations) and enable faster quoting, cleaner data, and better leadership insight.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, set the RevOps roadmap, and build AI-enabled automations with engineering support. This remote-first role offers significant scope in a fast-growing IoT company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems in a B2B environment.
• Experience owning Salesforce administration end-to-end, from data model to release management.
• Experience designing cross-functional GTM processes with automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM with billing/finances and maintaining data accuracy.
• Experience building self-serve reporting used day-to-day by a sales org.
• Experience running a deal desk with discount controls and approvals.
• Experience administering commissions from monthly to annual changes.
• Proven track record building AI models/agents that perform real work.

Responsibilities

• Set the RevOps roadmap for Sales and Finance leadership with clear business cases.
• Own Salesforce administration, data model, releases, and validation rules.
• Own GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce, including integrations.
• Own data feeds between Salesforce, billing, and finance; ensure revenue data accuracy.
• Design and maintain lead routing and BDR-to-AE hand-off with SLAs.
