SafelyYou is building a new Revenue Operations function and seeks a candidate to own the lifecycle from signed contract to revenue recognition. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, CS, and Implementation, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate billing, and timely pilots and changes.

This role emphasizes automation and AI-powered tooling to scale processes, reduce manual work, and improve customer outcomes. Fully remote position, US-based.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in an operations role with real ownership in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Ability to run complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes.
• Salesforce proficiency with disciplined data management.
• Experience with project or workflow tools (Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent).
• Comfort operating across Sales, Finance, CS, and Implementation simultaneously.
• Experience in senior living, multi-site healthcare, or a complex B2B environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own account transitions, decommissions, and related handoffs end-to-end.
• Manage contract-to-billing data, go-live dates, and discrepancies.
• Oversee change orders and pilots from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate post-close activities between teams.
• Design automation and AI-powered workflows to scale processes.
