Job summary

Markage is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our fully remote U.S. team.

You will support systems, data, and processes that keep revenue operations running smoothly, including maintaining pipeline data, supporting sales reporting, and ensuring CRM hygiene. You will collaborate with Account Executives, leadership, and Client Success to reduce friction, improve data quality, and provide clear visibility into performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue or sales operations with CRM admin.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hold Dex Professional Senior Specialist Certification (DEX-PSS) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue and pipeline data accuracy.
• Support weekly and monthly sales and revenue reporting.
• Monitor and improve CRM data hygiene.
• Provide clear performance visibility to executives.
• Identify data gaps and resolve issues.
• Assist with forecasting inputs and basic revenue analysis.
• Document revenue operations processes.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, and leadership teams.
