Hireframe is seeking a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations Team. You will support core reporting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operational maintenance to keep the revenue engine running smoothly.

You’ll collaborate with Success, Product, and Finance, maintain dashboards, run data quality checks, and assist in analyzing usage data under guidance from senior team members. This role offers remote flexibility and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
• Perform routine data quality checks and clean up records across CRM and related systems.
• Assist in analyzing customer and product usage data under senior guidance.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks (e.g. territory updates, list maintenance).
• Help document processes and workflows to support scalability.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
• Escalate issues or trends to senior analysts and flag opportunities for improvement.
