Job summary

FSI is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to align revenue data across CRM and finance tools, enabling smoother handoffs between marketing, sales and customer success. You will build reports and dashboards, identify optimization opportunities, and support system-wide data integrity.

Based remotely in the United States, you will report to the Business Development and Strategy department and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of revenue operations or related field.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical skills using data to improve business performance.
• Familiarity with sales, operations and marketing tools like HubSpot, Smartsheet and NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of the sales process and target audience.
• Willingness to learn and grow in revenue operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize revenue operations from lead generation to renewal.
• Own complex revenue operations systems (CRM) and tools used in cross-functional workflows.
• Create and manage reports/dashboards to align data between departments and deliver insights.
• Work with sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Use data analytics to measure and improve marketing and sales performance.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide CRM training and ensure data cleanliness across tools.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of revenue operations processes.
