Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in revenue operations or related field (sales/marketing ops, performance marketing, business analytics).
• Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of the sales process and target audience/goals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Basic SQL experience a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow in revenue operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the revenue operations process from lead generation to renewal.
• Own complex revenue operations systems (CRM) and cross‑functional workflows, including deal closure.
• Create and manage reports/dashboards to align data across departments for key stakeholders.
• Work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Use data and analytics to measure and improve marketing and sales performance.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand target audiences and growth opportunities.
• Provide CRM training and support to maintain data cleanliness across tools.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of revenue operations processes.
