Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a Sales/Revenue Operations professional who sits between Sales, Customer Success, and Business Systems to identify operational friction and define what needs to change across territory management, onboarding handoffs, and customer lifecycle stages.

You will handle commissions and SPIFFs, keep Salesforce data clean, build health scoring and account-risk workflows, and drive reporting and process improvements to reduce manual work for reps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for a Business Systems team.
• Comfortable working in Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to build reports and pull data.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational friction between Sales, Customer Success and Business Systems across territory management, onboarding handoffs and customer lifecycle stages.
• Process commissions and SPIFFs, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, build health scoring and account risk workflows.
