Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. The position focuses on optimizing CRM-driven workflows, data accuracy, and revenue reporting across SaaS environments.

You will configure CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and manage revenue tools for quoting, billing, and ticketing. You will build scalable processes, maintain clean data, and generate clear reports while supporting system adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
