Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to build reporting infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and strategic analyses across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will translate data from Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake into clear insights for senior GTM leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in RevOps or BI, strong Sigma skills, and the business acumen to turn data into actionable narratives. This fully remote role for U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or financial analysis, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Sigma (required) or another BI tool.
• Experience with Salesforce and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Ability to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks in Sigma.
• Own core revenue metrics definitions and data integrity across GTM.
• Model and structure data in Snowflake to enable self-serve reporting.
• Improve dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and business questions.
• Support forecasting and pipeline coverage analyses weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Identify trends and opportunities in pipeline health and sales velocity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand forecast vs actuals and adjust plans.
• Build scenario models for senior leadership planning.
• Analyze customer lifecycle patterns and support annual/quarterly planning.
• Prepare executive-ready narratives distilling data into insights.
• Ensure data quality and governance across Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics and reporting cadence.
