Job summary

First Stop Health is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to help drive better commercial decisions across Sales, Growth, Finance and Marketing. You will own core RevOps reporting, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across sources to tell the story behind the numbers.

Working in a remote-first environment across the United States, you will analyze pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and market segments, translate business needs into technical requirements for Salesforce and BI tools,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytics.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce.
• Careful, practical approach to data; you check your work and document assumptions.
• Ability to clearly explain what the numbers mean to both business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Gong, Apollo, Slack, Sigma, SQL or BI platforms experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring sales, pipeline, forecast, productivity and performance reporting.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools, connect data from different sources and resolve data-quality issues.
• Analyze pipeline, close rates, sales velocity, client performance, pricing and market segments to explain results and surface opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning through analysis of pipeline, productivity, capacity, territories, quotas and commissions.
• Support standard pricing, guarantee, Impact Analysis and Deal Desk work within guidelines.
• Manage reporting and analysis requests from Growth and Client Success leaders with clear expectations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for Salesforce and other Growth tools, and support testing and rollout.
• Improve recurring work through better documentation, simpler processes, automation and quality controls.
