Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join the corporate revenue team and optimize profitability across multiple properties. This role supports pricing, segmentation, and inventory decisions with standard operating procedures and brand requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hotel RM experience, with Marriott/Hilton Extended Stay exposure, and RM leadership for 10+ properties. Remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel Revenue Management experience with demonstrated growth.
• Experience leading Revenue Management for 10+ properties.
• Current Marriott and Hilton Extended Stay Revenue Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue for assigned properties through segmentation and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate pricing and positioning with brand requirements.
• Report analyses on short- and long-range decisions affecting revenue goals.
• Develop segment strategies for Transient and Group business.
• Manage revenue analysis and inventory on strategy calls.
• Assist hotels in reading RM reports and tools.
• Input RM criteria into reservation systems.
• Position can be based remotely.
