Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our corporate revenue team. You will lead revenue optimization across a multi-property portfolio, coordinating pricing and positioning with brand requirements, and reporting on impact to revenue goals.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, detail orientation, and excellent communication. Remote work is available; travel may be required for strategy calls and property coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing revenue for multiple properties in a hotel portfolio.
• Proven focus on analytical, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with brand/ownership.
• Experience with Smith Travel Market Share reports and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue for assigned properties by monitoring segmentation mix and profitability vs prior year and competitors.
• Recommend and coordinate pricing/positioning per SOP and brand requirements.
• Report analyses on short/long-range decisions affecting revenue goals.
• Develop segment strategies for Transient and Group business to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Conduct revenue analysis and inventory management during strategy calls per SOP.
• Assist hotels in reading Revenue Management reports and tools.
