Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Task Force Area Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a rotating cluster of branded hotels. This remote role requires developing room sales, pricing, and distribution strategies while coordinating revenue management processes to maximize profitability across multiple properties.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years in revenue management, a College Degree, and certifications with Hilton and Marriott brands.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue management.
• Certification with Hilton and Marriott brands is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple properties.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop pricing strategies, channel management and distribution policies.
• Prepare and conduct weekly revenue management meetings.
• Forecast short and long-term revenue and analyze opportunities.
• Monitor booking trends, pickups, no-shows and sources of business.
• Manage rate strategy tiers and inventory by market segment.
• Collaborate with departments to align revenue goals.
• Establish external and internal relationships.
• Maintain safety and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
