United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee pricing, scheduling, and inventory for a multi-property hotel portfolio. This remote role collaborates with GMs, AGMs and Sales to optimize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR across properties in the United States.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hotel Revenue Management, strong forecasting skills, and the ability to drive action through clear recommendations and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality Revenue Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with hotel pricing, yielding and inventory management.
• Experience making daily pricing decisions.
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
• Experience leading or participating in revenue strategy meetings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily occupancy, pickup, ADR, RevPAR and demand.
• Make daily pricing and yielding decisions.
• Manage inventory, availability, restrictions and selling strategies.
• Monitor third-party channels and distressed inventory opportunities.
• Lead recurring revenue strategy calls with GMs, AGMs and Sales leaders.
• Maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales on group opportunities and inventory.
