The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue management for multi-property portfolios, with Hilton and Marriott certifications, strong data analytics, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Five+ years in revenue management (multi-property/area)
• Certifications with Hilton and Marriott brands
• College degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills for booking patterns, market trends, forecasts, pricing
• Experience developing revenue strategies across multiple properties
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies across a rotating portfolio of branded hotels.
• Manage room rates and inventory in line with guidelines and market conditions.
• Create pricing strategies, distribution approaches, and channel management.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings to review pricing, pace, and forecasts.
• Prepare short- and long-term revenue projections and analyses.
• Monitor booking trends, market segments, and GDS performance.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to align revenue objectives.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
