Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in hospitality or similar multi-property roles.
• Certification with Hilton and/or Marriott is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple properties.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor-level education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy for a cluster of branded hotels.
• Develop and implement pricing, channel, and distribution strategies.
• Coordinate weekly revenue management meetings with rate and inventory plans.
• Forecast short- and long-term performance; analyze bookings, pace, and market trends.
• Manage rate tiers, market segments, and inventory alignment.
• Collaborate with departments to align revenue goals with operations.
• Coach and develop Revenue Management team members.
• Drive profitability and ensure adherence to brand standards.
