HHM Hotels is seeking a Task Force Area Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a rotating cluster of branded hotels. This remote role focuses on room sales, pricing, distribution, and coordinating revenue management processes to maximize profitability across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue management, with Hilton and Marriott brand certifications, and can work independently in a remote setting while supporting multiple properties.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within a clustered/hub environment.
• Certification with Hilton and Marriott brands is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment across multiple properties.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, channel management and pricing policies.
• Prepare weekly revenue management meetings with rate/inventory strategies and forecasts.
• Forecast short and long-term revenue trends and provide monthly profitability analyses.
• Analyze booking trends, pace, and sources of business across markets.
• Coordinate rate strategy tiers and booking pace by market segment and inventory.
• Collaborate with departments to align goals and execute action plans.
