Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue enablement or GTM enablement in a tech environment.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and live sessions.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals.
• Ability to create clear GTM collateral beyond live training.
• Digital fluency with enablement, learning and collaboration platforms.
• Culture-fit with a collaborative, growth-minded mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training: design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live sessions.
• GTM Coaching: conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching to improve customer engagements.
• Strategic Content Development: create high-value enablement materials and playbooks.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact and optimize initiatives.
