Alteryx Inc. is seeking a Revenue Enablement Professional with a dynamic, high-energy presence to elevate the GTM organization.

You will lead live and virtual facilitation, provide 1:1 and small-group coaching, and develop targeted enablement content to improve readiness and performance across diverse GTM audiences. The role emphasizes practical, interactive sessions, collaboration with GTM leaders, and ongoing measurement of impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with ability to energize diverse audiences.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals through skill development and practice sessions.
• Targeted content creation beyond live training, such as playbooks and leader toolkits.
• Digital fluency across enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms.
• Culture fit: collaborative, growth-minded with accountability and humor.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-energy group facilitation designs and deliver virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• Conduct structured coaching sessions (1:1 and small groups) focused on customer conversations and role-specific execution.
• Develop high-value enablement materials and curate the content ecosystem.
• Measure program impact using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
