Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue/gtm enablement in tech environments.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for virtual training.
• Proven coaching track record for GTM professionals.
• Ability to create clear GTM collateral beyond live sessions.
• Proficient with enablement platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching for GTM professionals.
• Develop playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits.
• Measure program impact and optimize future initiatives.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement with priorities.
