Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development.
Exceptional facilitation & presentation skills: able to energize diverse audiences.
Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals.
Targeted content creation beyond standard assets.
Digital fluency across enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms.
Culture of collaboration, growth, accountability, empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

Facilitation & Training (50%): design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live sessions; host internal podcasts.
GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching; perform performance reviews and readiness checks.
Strategic Content Development (10%): create GTM playbooks, briefs, and leader toolkits; curate content ecosystem.
Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact with data; partner with GTM to align messaging and learning experiences.
