Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience required; in lieu of advanced degree, 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives throughout the revenue cycle with cross-functional collaboration.
• Own project management for major program rollouts including policy, technology, and process changes.
• Track and optimize KPIs, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and issues are addressed promptly.
