Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders to effect change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts (policy, technology, processes).
• Collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Track operational KPIs and validate results; document issues and align stakeholders.
