Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years in Revenue Cycle.
- In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years Revenue Cycle experience.
- Strong EPIC knowledge and system proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle and KPI improvements.
- Lead project management for major program rollouts and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with IT, Analytics and operations to identify issues and implement changes.
- Track operational KPIs and validate results with a feedback loop.
