Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA, seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will partner with operational leaders, IT, and analytics to improve KPIs, manage major program rollouts, and ensure data quality and actionable insights.

This remote-friendly role requires 2+ years of management experience, 7+ years Revenue Cycle experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 9 years if no advanced degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience, or 9 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of management experience.
• 2 years reporting/analytics preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle to improve KPIs.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts (policy, technology, process).
• Collaborate with operational leaders, IT, and analytics to implement change.
• Track and analyze operational KPIs to ensure meaningful business impact.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
