Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years’ Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years’ Revenue Cycle experience required.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management initiatives for major program rollouts, e.g. policy changes, technology changes, and process improvements with appropriate work plans designed to guarantee success and a feedback loop to validate results.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues at all levels of the organization to identify issues that ensure we are solving the right issue and engaging appropriate stakeholders in our change journey.
• Learns and tracks operational KPIs to ensure that we are making meaningful and significant impact to business model.
• Engages with operations leaders to identify gaps in data or system requirements and collaborate with appropriate business partners, IT, and Analytics leaders to best effect change.
