Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. You will lead major program rollouts, coordinate with operations, IT, and analytics, and ensure KPI improvements through data-driven collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience, or 9 years in lieu of a degree, plus 2 years of management. Remote work is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 7 years Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders to effect change
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsabilidades

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle under direction of VP of Revenue Cycle
• Lead project management for major programs (policy, technology, process changes) with structured work plans
• Identify issues with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely action
• Track operational KPIs and data needs; collaborate with IT and Analytics to implement changes
• Document business issues and secure stakeholder alignment on burnings platform priorities
