Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle functions. You will extract data from practice management systems like Denticon and Open Dental, validate outputs, and help define KPI standards.

Collaborating with the BI team and Revenue Cycle leadership, you will build reliable performance metrics and maintain data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for Revenue Cycle leadership and operations.
• Defines KPI requirements and performance tracking methodologies with leadership.
• Collaborates with Power BI and analytics teams to design dashboards and outputs.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies data gaps and proposes reporting enhancements across systems.
