Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. This role partners with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to deliver accurate, actionable metrics from PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.

Responsibilities include extracting data, validating outputs, developing standardized KPIs, and collaborating with IT to improve dashboards with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports to support leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methods.
• Supports design and refinement of dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI.
