SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. The role partners with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate and actionable insights from PMS systems.

You will extract data from practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions while improving dashboards with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and key performance metrics.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and/or Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and ad hoc requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, translating data into insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document processes and reporting logic.

Responsabilités

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational and leadership reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring manual reports from PMS systems to support Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership to define reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Works with Power BI and analytics teams to design, develop, and refine dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Validates and audits Power BI reports and other outputs against source data in PMS systems.
• Identifies discrepancies between reporting systems and source data and resolves issues.
• Identifies gaps in current reporting and proposes enhancements to improve visibility into revenue cycle performance.
• Maintains documentation related to reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Monitors data quality and integrity across systems and escalates data issues.
• Supports analysis of revenue cycle performance trends and related metrics where possible.
• Assists with data preparation for presentations and leadership reporting.
• Partners with IT on data-related initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Promotes a data-driven culture by providing insights for decision-making.
