Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy of metrics used by leadership.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and the BI team to develop standardized KPIs, design Power BI dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Extracts data from PMS to support operational and leadership reporting.
• Validates outputs and audits Power BI reports for accuracy against source data.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and reporting methodologies.
• Support dashboard design, development, and refinement with BI teams.
• Identify data gaps and propose enhancements for visibility into performance.
• Document reporting logic and data sources; monitor data quality across systems.
