Zusammenfassung

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help develop standardized performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include building and auditing Power BI reports, partnering with leaders to define KPI requirements, and ensuring data quality across systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics in healthcare/dental sectors.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with PMS such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership and operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPI requirements, and methodologies.
• Supports dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identifies data discrepancies and coordinates resolution.
• Standardizes KPI definitions and reporting processes.
• Maintains documentation on reporting logic and data sources.
• Monitors data quality and supports data-driven decision making.
• Supports AR aging, collections, and posting timing analysis where possible.
• Collaborates with IT on data initiatives and system changes.
• Promotes data-driven culture across the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
