Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

Responsibilities include extracting data from practice management systems, validating outputs, and developing standardized KPI definitions and dashboards with Power BI. A strong Excel and communication skill set is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle analytics, or related healthcare/dental roles.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Proficient with Power BI and advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookups).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Validates and audits Power BI reports against source PMS data.
• Defines KPI requirements and performance tracking methods.
• Collaborates with IT and analytics teams to refine dashboards and outputs.
• Maintains documentation for reporting logic and data sources.
• Monitors data quality and integrity across systems.
