SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to deliver accurate, actionable insights from multiple PMS systems.
Responsibilities include extracting data from PMS (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), validating outputs, developing standardized performance metrics, and supporting Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven
Competenze
- 2+ years in data analysis or healthcare analytics.
- Experience with PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Mansioni
- Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
- Validates and audits Power BI reports against source data.
- Defines KPI requirements and performance tracking methodologies.
- Supports development of standardized reporting and documentation.
- Partners with IT and analytics teams to improve data quality.
- Supports revenue cycle performance analysis and leadership reviews.
